As part of her presentation, Clark introduced “precession” (a Synergetics concept) in the process of reviewing a quiz that was given to participants. Dr. Cheryl L. Clark is the Director of Shock Incarceration and the WIllard Drug Treatment Campus (DTC) for the New York State Department of Correctional Services (DOCS). Clark earned a Ph.D. in the School of Health and Human Services at Columbia Commonwealth University.
