How Can I Find Drug Rehabs in California? Coachella, Specifically.?

Question by arlette p: How can I find drug rehabs in California? Coachella, specifically.?
We’ve recently just moved here. I’m not familiar with the place yet. I just really need to find a drug rehab for my daughter. She’s been a really good girl, which is why it’s such a shock to us when we found out that she has been taking in drugs. It’s so uncharacteristic for her. I guess it’s just because she has gotten into bad company. I really feel sad about this, as if I haven’t done a good job of raising her. Can anyone tell me how I’m going to find drug rehabs?

A good thing you can do is to find a hospital in your vicinity and get her checked up by a doctor. That way, the doctor can assess her current situation and tell you what kind of treatment program will be good for her and which drug rehab will be able to provide her with this kind of program. The links below have lists of drug rehabs too. You can check them out.

You don’t have to blame yourself that your daughter did this. It’s not because you did not raise her well. It’s just that people make mistakes. They falter, and your daughter did. Just make sure to give her your support and understanding now. She really needs it and it would help her recover quicker. I hope she gets treated soon.

If you know of a good Family doctor he could advise you on how to go about your problem. Or if money is an issue
you can call your county’s health department & ask about drug rehab programs for younger people.
I had the same problem with one of my daughters. It will eat your heart out. Try to bring forth a lot of patience & love for your daughter. In my opinion that’s the best way to deal with it.
I wish you well.
