Question by Hallux: What is a good support website that I can talk with other people who are or have suffered from depression?
I have been dealing with depression for over two years and I have found that it helps me a lot to talk with others like me. Also if the site offers help with addictions that would be very helpful.

Crazyboards is good, but be warned, it isn’t all huggy super supportive, it can be very frank and blunt, but is a great place to go and talk. They also have a live chat you can try, it’s sorta slow at times but people are very helpful there.

Depends what country you are in. I’m from the UK and I think the Samaritans would be a good place to start. They will point you in the right direction.
