Ok im 16 years old, i live in Metro Detroit Michigan. My parents are divorced, and the past almsot 2 yearz ive refused vistation with my father due to his Drug Addiction, and Verbal/Mental Abuse. After these almsot 2 yearz ive been with my mother alot, but i try to not stay home to give her a break but now my mother(and b4 this whole thing with my father even) shes been verbal absuing me, throwing stuff at me kicking me out of my own house and ect. and of late in the past 3 monthes i’ve been physcally abused, and she has told me that its unsafe to live at the house with her due to she could hurt me or more. So i need to know, can i get Emancipated for this??? or do i have to wait till im 17(due to thats wen i can leggally move out right now) to leave this hell hole and deal with this abuse?? If i can can anyone help me with numbers to call, courts? anything, i need help please,i dont know how much long i can stand living here and not rather 1 running away, 2 breaking down again and wanting to commit suicide or 3 retalting. Please help me out.

You need a job, the ability to support yourself financially and socially, a place to live, a plan for the court for conducting your life, usually your parents permission, and a court order.
