I have been doing a research in the issue of “The ways of stopping criminals to re-offend crimes.” So i need some innovative answers from all of you guys.Please help me by answering it .

Because the justice system is broken, and fails utterly to show people the wrong of their ways, they just throw us into holding cells with other people who are pissed off, doesn’t teach anyone a lesson besides jail food sucks and cops are really pissy
